Who we are and what this covers

Retrier, Inc. ("Retrier," "we," "us") runs this website, retrier.ai. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to the site, including people who submit our Request Access form, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It does not cover the Retrier service itself, the store-branded assistant that follows up with a store's customers by text. Our Service Privacy Notice covers that service.

Information we collect

• What you send us. When you submit the Request Access form, we collect your name, work email, company, role, number of stores, carriers sold, what you are interested in, your biggest pain point, and a phone number if you choose to give one.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records basic technical information about visits in its server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not collect payment information here.

How we use information

• Request Access submissions: only to respond to you about Retrier, such as scheduling a demo, discussing a pilot, or answering questions.
• Technical data: to run and secure the website and fix problems with it.
• Legal and safety: to comply with law and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How we share information

We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers that host this website and deliver the email a form submission creates, under contracts that limit how they can use the data.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Retrier or others.
• Business transfers: if Retrier is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal, subject to this policy.

Retention, security, and children

Retention. We keep Request Access submissions while we are in conversation with you about Retrier, and delete them when you ask. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for a limited time under its own retention schedule.

Security. We use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and limited staff access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children. This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child's information was provided to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it
• Get a copy of it
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not do either)
• Not be treated differently for using these rights

To make a request, email hello@retrier.ai. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Retrier grows. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we will give notice on our website or by email.
